The EFX® 885 with Converging CrossRamp® combines reliability with a natural converging stride path to give you the perfect elliptical for your facility. Carrying on the tradition of Precor reliability and service, the EFX is easy to clean and maintain with a covered ramp, rear-drive housing and Active Status Light, all to improve your ownership experience. For exercisers, the EFX 885 combines the benefits of our patented CrossRamp® technology and moving handlebars for a total-body workout. The adjustable CrossRamp® technology offers ramp inclines from 10 to 35 degrees to target different muscle groups for more workout variety. And our unique converging stride path allows the exerciser’s footpath to converge naturally, just like when walking or running. The P82 touch screen console provides exercisers with an engaging workout through an intuitive interface.
As part of the mechanical overhaul we remove and inspect all drive belts and replace any moving parts (belts, bushings and bearings) showing any signs of wear. The generator is removed, stripped of its old bearings and brand new bearings installed on every machine as a matter of course.
The machine is cleaned thoroughly inside and out and all mechanical moving parts individually inspected to ensure they satisfy our stringent criteria and quality control.
Any visible cosmetics defects are rectified by replacing the relevant plastic shroud and repainting any external components showing signs of wear and tear.
The result is quite impressive and you will have a product looking and performing as good as new for a small fraction of the price of a new one. To purchase this machine new will set you back an eye-watering £8,995.00.
Converging CrossRamp® technology
Our patented elliptical path follows a natural running stride with movement that allows the user’s feet to converge towards the midline of their body. Users can isolate or cross-train specific lower-body muscle groups simply by adjusting the angle of the ramp, making targeting different muscle groups easy, encouraging training variance and propelling results. Our patented elliptical path follows a natural running stride with movement that allows the user’s feet to converge toward the midline of their body
Moving Handlebars
With moving handlebars, users can push and pull with their upper body to achieve a complete workout.
P82 Touch Screen Console
The P82 touch screen console not only offers a brilliant 15″ screen that is ergonomically positioned to deliver crystal clear entertainment viewing for exercisers in motion, but when networked is also a direct-to-exerciser communication portal allowing you an opportunity to build your brand, share information about activities and services and strengthen the sense of community within your facility.
